Rebecca’s Tips
- For the best flavor, ALWAYS use 100% pure maple syrup to make this French Toast Latte.
- I love these large disposable cups for iced coffee drinks!
- It’s essential to the consistency and flavor of this latte to make sure it’s thoroughly mixed. The espresso mixture will become pale and frothy when mixed together properly.
- If you don’t have a hand frother, shake everything but the ice and milk in a jar before adding. A mason jar would work great!

How To Serve A French Toast Iced Latte
Serve this iced latte up all day, enjoy it as a sweet start to your day, a mid-day coffee treat, or whip up a few when friends are over!
In my opinion, Iced Lattes are best ice-cold. Therefore, it’s important to get the ice-to-glass ratio just right. For nugget ice, fill the glass halfway full. For larger ice cubes, fill the cup 3/4 of the way full.
If you like your lattes REALLY cold, consider popping your coffee glass in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes before making the latte.
Serve the French Toast Latte with a straw or sip if you like a foamy top! For more foam, top your latte with Homemade Cold Foam!
