This Kahlua Whipped Cream recipe is perfect for topping hot chocolate, milkshakes, mudslides, and more! A delicious and fluffy whipped cream laced with coffee liqueur!
Kahlua Whipped Cream
This Kahlua Whipped Cream is probably one of the best whipped cream recipes ever! It came about when I needed to make coffee whipped cream for a chocolate torte for Thanksgiving. I didn’t have coffee, but I did have Kahlua!
It’s kind of the same thing, right? I don’t like Kahlua straight, but when you add it to sweet and fluffy whipped cream, it’s downright incredible!
Ever since that chilly November day a few years ago, this coffee liqueur-laced whipped cream has been known to make its way into crepes, cakes, hot chocolate, and more. Seriously, it’s addicting.
And it’s totally okay to scoop it into a bowl and eat it with a spoon, I pinky swear I’ll never tell! I mean, it’s pretty much Kahlua Mousse, right? Or at least, that’s what I’m going to tell myself!

I make this with blueberry and raspberry sticks and arrange it like fireworks around the Kahlua whipped cream for dipping. There’s never any leftover lol

Hi Lee, while it’s best fresh it should hold up well in the fridge for a few hours after making.

Can I make the Kaluah Whipped cream a couple of hours ahead of dessert time??
Rebecca says
Hi Carey, yes, I piped it with a tip and piping bag!

Hello, Rebecca! Yay!! It’s finally fall! I want to try your Kahlua whipped cream and wondered if you transferred the prepared whipped cream into a pastry bag to get it to look all pretty and swirly like that?? Need to take it to a friend’s Halloween party so us adults can use it in our Kahlua hot chocolate to stay cozy while taking the kids trick or treating on a crisp north Idaho Halloween. ?
