Peanut Butter S’mores Bars
Peanut Butter S’mores Bars are an easy dessert recipe made with graham crackers, peanut butter cookies, marshmallows, chocolate, and candy!
Scrumptious S’mores Bars
Peanut Butter S’mores Bars are ooey and gooey, complete with graham crackers, melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crunchy Reese’s pieces. But what really sets these apart is a moist and chewy layer of peanut butter cookies.
My recipe hack is to use refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough — you don’t even have to make it from scratch! Just place the dough into the bottom of a graham cracker-lined cookie sheet, and they’ll bake up perfectly.
You could also use my homemade Peanut Butter Cookies or Double Chocolate Chip Cookies instead of ready-to-bake cookie dough for this recipe.
