My Mom always made brownies and no bake cookies when we were growing up. Santa usually got a nice mix of my Sugar Cookies and my Mom’s chocolate no bakes, he never complains!

Since learning how to make no bake cookies without peanut butter, I’ve had so much fun coming up with new flavors!

I decided to try my hand at another fast and easy no-bake cookie recipe that’s gluten and nut-free and perfect for the holidays!

Rolled Oats are one of my favorite things to work with for baking, there’s just something about them that adds great texture and takes me back to my 10-year-old self waiting for Santa to come.

These particular cookies are a blend of quick oats, white chocolate, and marshmallows. They taste a lot like a Rice Krispies Treats, but because they’re cookies, they’re a million times better.

A MILLION, ya hear!

I took these into work and they didn’t last long at all, plus everyone was asking for the recipe!

Because this recipe is no bake and takes minutes to make, it’s the perfect batch to whip up with the kiddos or just for yourself. Trust me, I could have eaten them all on my own, SO GOOD!

The sugary sweetness and flavors reminiscent of white hot chocolate make them a treat you’ll want to make over and over again for years to come.

They’ll definitely be getting made again before Christmas, that’s for sure! I mean, who doesn’t love a cookie recipe you can make from start to finish in less than 15 minutes! Alright, alright, so you want the recipe, now don’t you?

Mine were a little bit soft, but very good. I also did a small batch with French vanilla hot chocolate and WOW! Thank You for sharing ๐Ÿ˜We needed something different.

Can I not use the marshmallows? They contain gelatin and I canโ€™t eat gelatin.

  3. Hi,

Where do you get the White hot chocolate?

      1. Thank you! I searched forever and finally found some at our World Market! Tried them tonight and they are great! Had to test for a cookie party Iโ€™m going to on Saturday. Question, how do you recommend storing them? I was thinking in a container in the fridge?

My 14 year old loves making no-bake cookies. I’ll have to show him this recipe so we can give it a try. They sure look yummy!

  5. Hi, I was just wanting clarification from the way itโ€™s written 3/4 1 1/2 sticks of butter. How much butter should I use? 3/4 of the 1 1/2 sticks? Or is it 3/4 up to 1 1/2 sticks? Iโ€™d love to try it out but Iโ€™m just reading that oddly. Thanks!

    1. Hi Brittany, sorry about the confusion, when I transferred recipes over to the new platform they dropped some parenthesis. 3/4 cup = 1 1/2 sticks of butter. So, 3/4 cups is what you need ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I love baking with oats during the holidays…but a no-bake cookie sounds pretty awesome right now! I’m pretty sure I could get a batch going this afternoon in time for dessert tonight. Thanks for sharing! #client
