This Irish Cream French Toast is a perfectly sweet breakfast to kick off St. Patrick’s Day with! Delicious slices of brioche dipped in a boozy egg mixture and browned to perfection!

Irish Cream French Toast

Irish Cream French Toast is a scrumptious way to start your St. Patrick’s Day! Try cooking up a festive family breakfast, or hosts some guests and serve this recipe for a yummy brunch!

St. Patrick’s Day is less than a month away, and it happens to fall on a Sunday. Needless to say, lovers of brunch and the Irish are in luck, since Bailey’s Irish Cream French Toast is the perfect way to celebrate this year!

French toast fans will go crazy for this decadent recipe, made with thick slices a brioche. The bread is dunked in a mixture of heavy cream (or milk), eggs, and Irish cream, then grilled.

(Side note: did you know you can make Homemade Irish Cream instead of using the store-bought stuff?)

Everyone will love Irish Cream French Toast, which is golden brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, this treat is a great way to kick off your St. Patrick’s Day!

No French toast dish is complete without a drizzle of syrup. Try caramel or chocolate syrup if you really want to indulge and step up your syrup game.

Other delectable toppings include fresh berries, chopped nuts, and even a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce.

Of course, if the adults want to imbibe a little, that’s another story. Try pairing Irish Cream French Toast with fruity mimosas, or stick with the theme and mix up some Irish Coffees!

Needless to say, you can’t go wrong with this crowd-pleasing breakfast. And the fact that St. Patrick’s Day is on a Sunday this year is pretty lucky if I do say so myself!
