I am tripling this recipe, which would be 48 servings. The original recipe says 16 servings. I’m trying to find a container to mix it all up right before the party. How much is a serving? Is it a cup? Half a cup?

  2. Linda Wineberg says:

I have not tried this yet, but it sounds delicious. I am having a Bible study brunch. Can something be substituted for the champagne? Other parties I would use the champagne. Thank-you

    1. Polar seltzer makes a rose seltzer and I saw Waterloo has rose seltzer too, that could be a good substitute. Another seltzer or club soda could work. You could also use extra soda or make it sweeter with strawberry soda.

  3. Would you use 7up, or la croix type soda?

  4. 5 stars
I hosted a wreath making class today and thought this would be a nice treat for the women who attended. I was right!!! That strawberry puree makes all the difference. I followed directions exactly and it couldn’t have been any easier to make. Thank you for sharing. I believe this may become a staple for all my upcoming classes.

  5. Can this be made a day ahead of time and refrigerated?

    1. You could blend the strawberries and combine them with the simple syrup in advance. But the champagne and soda should be added right before serving so it doesn’t go flat.

  6. Do you think it would be okay to substitute the champagne for Prosecco?

  7. Sounds great! Would it be ok to omit the simple syrup to make it a little less sweet?

  8. 5 stars
Easy to make and was a crowd pleaser.

  9. So, it already calls for lemon lime soda, would you:

    1. add more soda
    2. add more soda and club soda
    3. just add club soda
    4. make it according to the recipe and just omit the champagne

Sorry I just want to do it right.

Thanks so much for you input and help

    1. I would replace the champagne with more lemon-lime soda or an equal amount of club soda. I wouldn’t do all club soda as you will lose some flavor and sweetness from the lemon-lime soda.

  10. Could you make this without the champagne?

  11. The strawberry champagne punch was a huge success… what other fruit variations will make a great champagne punch
    Thank you

  12. Can we use a dry rosรฉ and maybe a strawberry vodka to up the booze? ?

  13. 5 stars
Hi! This looks delicious and planning to make for a party. Is it OK to use Rose in place of pink moscato? And if so, still or sparkling? thanks!

    1. Rose is definitely okay to use and you can use still or sparkling, totally up to you since the soda will still give the drink a nice fizz.

  14. Ahhh yes. This looks so delicious and is so stunning- perfect for a little girls night action!

  15. Looks great! How many servings does this recipe make? Or how many total ounces does it make? Thanks!
