This Strawberry Champagne Punch is the ultimate pink drink! It’s sparkly, easy to make, and loaded with strawberry sweetness!
Strawberry Champagne Punch
You didn’t think we’d make it out of October without a PINK recipe, did you? For the last few years I’ve posted a pink treat in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year I decided to skip dessert and go straight for the party starter! A delicious Strawberry Champagne Punch recipe.
This punch is actually one of the easiest recipes on my site, no joke, you will love how quickly this comes together!
It’s a mix of pureed strawberries, pink champagne, simple syrup, and lemon-lime soda. It’s sweet and bubbly and PINK!
Breast cancer and other cancers have impacted so many of us.
The “C” word is something we never want to hear in relation to those we love, and that’s why it’s important to spread awareness of early signs, preventative measures, and to keep raising funds to find a cure and alternative treatments.
So today we celebrate, honor, and remember those who have been impacted by breast cancer.
To the women and men who have battled it and to the spouses, children, parents, and friends who have fought alongside them, I raise this glass of Strawberry Champagne Punch to you!
How To Make Strawberry Champagne Punch:
This is such an easy cocktail to make! You’ll begin by adding the thawed strawberries and simple syrup to a blender and blending until a puree forms, pour the puree into a large punch bowl or evenly into two large pitchers.
Next, you’ll pour in the champagne and the soda. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and whole strawberries if desired.
This is also a fantastic punch for bridal showers, baby showers, and New Year’s Eve parties! Serve it up in a large punch bowl or a couple pitchers and let the celebrations begin!

Can we use a dry rosé and maybe a strawberry vodka to up the booze? ?
Rebecca Hubbell says
Rose is definitely okay to use and you can use still or sparkling, totally up to you since the soda will still give the drink a nice fizz.

Hi! This looks delicious and planning to make for a party. Is it OK to use Rose in place of pink moscato? And if so, still or sparkling? thanks!
