This Pineapple Daiquiri is a delicious and easy frozen cocktail recipe made in a blender with pineapple, lime, simple syrup, and golden rum!

Adapted from my Strawberry Daiquiri recipe, this fruity frozen drink will give you island vibes all year round!

Two glasses filled with a frozen cocktail with a bottle of rum and a pineapple in the background.

These frozen cocktails are the perfect treat to serve on girl’s night, even if it’s still a little chilly outside. You can at least pretend you’re on an island, and paired some tasty tacos, you’ll get a taste of the tropics without setting foot on a plane!

How To Make A Pineapple Daiquiri

This Pineapple Daiquiri Recipe is super easy to whip up and so yummy. All you need is frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and gold rum, then blend and enjoy! This is my favorite blender!

I promise once you try this recipe, you’ll be making Pineapple Rum Daiquiris on repeat. Whether for parties, cookouts, showers, and get-togethers, they’re the perfect refreshment on a warm evening.

And if you’re going to be sipping coconuts (or in this case, pineapples), you best get some cute drinkware! Find some adorable tumblers that show off this sunshiney yellow beverage.

Don’t forget the plastic cocktail cups for when you’re partying on the patio or near the pool. It’ll be like having a tiki bar in your own backyard!

I love to garnish these beverages with pretty gold straws, swords, umbrellas, and other accents. You can also opt for a lime wedge or slice of pineapple, and don’t forget a cherry on top.

Yep, you can make fancy drinks with a few little tricks — no bartending experience required.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiris are the tropical cocktails you need in your life since they’re delicious and deceivingly simple to make. Get a taste of the tropics any time of year, and blend ‘em up all summer long!
