This Sunburn Vitality Juice is the perfect concoction of fresh fruit and skin protecting nutrients before a day in the sunshine!
I’ve been home from Iceland for a few weeks now, and the biggest question I’ve been asked since my return is “where to next”? Well, the truth is, I don’t really know. I do have a trip on the books for Florida in July, and I plan to drive up to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island this summer as well, but otherwise, nothing else is planned.
This feels really strange for me. For the last year, I’ve had trips planned months in advance with the occasional spontaneous trip mixed in. And I’m not stopping traveling by any means, I just haven’t quite had that pull to a specific place, but I know it’s coming. But I do think that I want my next trip to help my refocus health-wise. When I travel, I tend to indulge in anything and everything, but maybe what I really need is to find my center again.
That’s why Swissôtel resorts appeal to me so much for my next big trip. They have over 40 locations around the globe, and their whole focus is on health and well-being. They offer in-room exercise cards, healthy cuisine, and some fantastic vitality juices. But I think no matter where I end up going or not going this year; I’m going to take the Swissôtel motto to heart and “Live it Well.” And I know I’m a little behind the times, but that’s why I finally bought a juicer last week, and I am PUMPED! It’s time to live life well on the road and at home!
Swissôtel offers a wide selection of vitality juice recipes that are designed to keep you feeling your best. Since summer is finally here and my skin is not a huge fan of the sun, I’ve been enjoying this Sunburn Vitality Juice made with watermelon, tomato, and lemon. This vibrant blend of juice is designed to help reduce the harmful effects of the sun on your skin.
